Choose a daily multi vitamin for your best health! How are you choosing your daily multi vitamin? Do you consider quality, or do you just buy on price? If you only consider the price, this may not be the best way for you to choose a daily multi vitamin for your best health. You see I have been in the Health and Wellness profession 20 years. I actually got my start with a Network Marketing nutrition company and not only did I learn a great deal about improving my own health, I learned how to help others improve their health.
You see in 1995 I was in 2 car accidents 8 months apart. At that time I was told I had Fibromyalgia. The general protocol by the doctors is to take a number of prescription drugs. For pain, and inflammation. Because I had the 2 car accidents there were insurance companies involved as well. Their expectation was that I would take all these drugs to show how badly I felt.
Well I refused to take the drugs. It was a fight. I am grateful that I never took any drugs. And today 17 years later I have never felt better. And each day I continue to take my multivitamin, herbal formulas for my better health, I feel great. I am not suggesting for a minute this is the only thing I do for my better health however it is definitely a part of my plan.
The American Medical Association says this about taking a daily Multi Vitamin – “Insufficient vitamin intake is apparently a cause of chronic disease…Most people do not consume an optimal amount of all vitamins by diet alone. Pending strong evidence of effectiveness from randomized trials, it appears prudent for all adults to take a vitamin supplement.”
There are many reasons for you to choose a daily Multi Vitamin if you are not already doing so:
- Depleted soils of minerals
- Poor digestion
- Over cooking
- Microwave cooking (throw away the microwave because they are so bad for your health)
- Herbicides and Pesticides in the growing of crops
- Smoking (just plain bad and inhibit absorption of vitamins and minerals)
- Toxic medications
