Try This Fatty Coffee! It Is So Tasty!

Have you ever tried this fatty coffee? I discovered this recipe a while ago. I really do enjoy my coffee and was excited when I learned this recipe from Abel James.

So over the course of the past few years, I have had to completely change my diet due to the discovery that I am gluten intolerant.  As I discovered I was gluten intolerant I came across the Paleo community where I have learned a great deal on how to eliminate all wheat, grains and gluten from my diet, while still enjoying a wonderful variety of foods to improve my health. Making these changes frankly  has been worth

fatty coffee it as I feel so much better.

Now one of the things I do truly enjoy is a great cup of coffee and fortunately this a pleasure I enjoy daily.   Fatty coffee is  a recipe I came across early in my discovery of eating paleo.

Now fatty coffee is a wonderful way to start the morning and it is even a better way to begin the day if breakfast is not a part of your daily regimen.  In the video below Abel will explain how he has his fatty coffee, the benefits to having this coffee in the morning.

Now when the recipe for  fatty coffee was presented to me  I thought it would taste horrible and was very pleasantly surprised when I made it and it tasted fantastic.

The fatty coffee recipe is quite simple.

I will provide a quick video from Abel James of the Fat Burning Man here:

The simple coffee recipe, right?  Abel says, “Remember, fat is brain food.”  And remember fat doesn’t make you fat.

Very interesting! I’ve never heard of fatty coffee before. I have celiac disease so know all to well about eliminating gluten and also have to limit fat intake so will have to check with my Dr Natural Medicine if this would be good for me.

This doesn’t look like something that I would make….but I would definitely love to try it! Maybe my mate can whip me up a batch some day. The almond butter and coconut oil sounds like a yummy touch too.

It is delicious! Fat doesn’t make you fat. I don’t drink it everyday however I do have a couple of spoons of coconut oil everyday and feel great. Thanks for the question and hope that helps. 🙂
