What is your favorite fitness music? Whether you are out for your daily walk, exercise at home or at the gym do you play the same music to get you up motivated, inspired and moving?
Well the other day I read this post that provided a really great list of fitness music. For me whether I am training with weights, kettebells or out for a walk I find music is great company.
What I like about the author JENNIFER SMITH , she did a great job on this list. For me all the songs are definitely ones that I would consider motivating and uplifting as fitness music. All the songs in this post definitely make me want to move for different reasons. Some of the music is inspiring, some is powerful and some is simply fun! Here are a couple of my favorites she has included in this list:
