    Exercise is so very important, I agree. I have tried different things, and found that I prefer treadmill or outdoor hiking. It took me a while of trying different things until I found what worked for me. You offer great options to people who don’t like gyms, or give up when they get bored. I prefer the sunshine & fresh air myself. 🙂 As long as people get moving…& you’re offering a free workout to try!
