The “Now That You Know, Where Do You Go?” webinar will tell you what to do with the information learned during The Gluten Summit about gluten-related disorders. More specifically, it will answer such questions as:

  • What tests should I take to see if I have a disorder?
  • How do I convince my doctor to order the tests?
  • Could it be gluten? Or dairy? Or another food triggering symptoms?
  • When should I take the tests?
  • How do I get them?
  • How do I interpret the results?
  • What if my results come back positive for a gluten-related disorder?
  • What testing options are available outside of the U.S.?

Not everyone will take the same route, so Dr Tom O’Bryan of the Dr.com will cover the step-by-step instructions for as many paths to diagnosis as possible!

I wonder if gluten could be contributing to my weight issues. I do eat a lot of gluten. It might be wise of me to try cutting back from eating so much gluten.

Gluten free is such a buzz word these days. Its good that there are now ways for people to know if they are intolerant to it

Gluten free is not really a buzz word if one is gluten sensitive or Celiac. If you are to think of the packaged, processed stuff (some experts call these FROODS, franken foods) marketed as gluten free definitely buzzwords! Not a part of strategy. Thanks for connecting

I can eat gluten products but this is great for those who can’t. I have a few friends who can’t so will share this with them, especially since it’s free. 🙂

If you are meant to be gluten free and not following the diet you are only setting yourself up for future health issues according to Dr. O’Bryan. When I first realized I needed to eliminate gluten, wheat and grains I committed to 30 days. I knew I could do that! Anything more was overwhelming at the time. Within a few days I could see and feel huge changes to how I was feeling and thinking. Let me know if I can help

I am still trying to figure out why so many people suddenly have trouble with Gluten-this is a relatively new phenomena (I have my suspicions) – If I had the time I would have loved to hear what this gentleman has to say-I will try to look him up on the internet and check it out.

There is a lot of info why gluten is a huge topic of health discussion now. Wheat today is not the same wheat of 100 years ago. Thanks for connecting

It is interesting how much of our every day health problems can be gluten related. I have decided to do a gluten free fasting for the lent. I’m a bit afraid of it but I want to try if it will help my health.

According to Dr. O’Bryan the best way to see if gluten is a problem for health is to eliminate it for at least 2 weeks and then have some. When I first began my commitment was to go gluten, wheat and grain free for 30 days to see how I felt. Within the first couple of days I could see and feel how much better I felt already. You will know right away. Let me know if I can help.
