Gluten Free Cauliflower Pizza! Can You Say Delish!
I like this gluten free cauliflower pizza the most and here’s why. When I made the change to gluten free living the biggest thing for me was how would I handle those foods that I really enjoyed like Pizza? In the first few months I did find a recipe for an almond flour pizza and at first enjoyed it however it was a bit dry. So I was open to learning about a different recipe and found this gluten free cauliflower pizza friend and here is her version. It is really good and simple to make!

Gluten Free Cauliflower Pizza Instructions
Steam cauliflower and once it is soft (not mushy soft) mash till it resembles rice. In a bowl mix all other ingredients together and add cauliflower and mix together. (I use my hands to mix all ingredients together, just seems to work the best). I cook the bacon at this point so it will be ready to go when pizza will be assembled.
You are going to need 2 pieces of parchment paper. Put 1 piece of parchment paper on your pizza tray, oil this with coconut oil. Place the cauliflower pizza ingredients on the parchment paper and place another piece of parchment paper on top. Now what I do is simply make this into a pizza pie crust. Take off the top piece of parchment paper and put pizza pie crust into the oven for 12-14 minutes until edges are brown.
Once the pie crust is cooked begin to assemble pizza toppings. Now I am not a fan of tomato paste base for the pizza so I put olive oil on the base of the pizza. If you prefer tomato paste base for your pizza be sure it is gluten free.
Now that you have your pizza topped put it back in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until all cheese is melted to your liking.
Cut and serve! Enjoy!
