Gluten Free Crackers Recipe
Today I will share a gluten free crackers recipe I have that has been a very good alternative to having bread or crackers. Delicious and easy to make. Enjoy!
I definitely enjoyed eating bread with butter! Mmmm good! It is the one thing I hear most from family, friends and clients who are beginning the journey to gluten free living. How will I give up bread? Bread is at every meal, people fill up on it out of habit when they go out to a restaurant for dinner.
In fact I took this gluten free crackers recipe to a dinner party recently with an appetizer plate I put together and it was a big hit. This recipe can also be used as a base for pizza. It is not my most favorite as a pizza crust however some do like it. Below is my version of Gluten Free Crackers Recipe. Enjoy!
Gluten Free Crackers Step by Step Instructions:
1 Cup almond meal
1 Tbsp. coconut flour
1 Tsp. salt
1 Tsp. each of basil – oregeno – cayanne pepper (optional) or any other herbs/spices you like – be sure they are gluten free~
Simply mix dry ingredients – add eggs – mix and form a ball – using parchment paper on your pan place ball on paper – if you want to use a rolling pin place parchment paper on top of ball and begin to roll flat – (the other option is to simply use your fingers to flatten the ball on the cooking sheet. I like this method better)
Once flattened put in over at 180C /350 preheated over for 10 minutes or until golden Take out of oven and while still warm cut into squares and let sit until cool.
There you have it a very simple gluten free crackers recipe, tastes great and from start to finish it only takes about 20 minutes to have these gluten free crackers on the table.

PPS – The Gluten Summit – 29 experts and opinion leaders gathered to prove to the world that it MUST ask, “Could health issues be caused by gluten?” THE ANSWERS THEY GAVE WERE ASTONISHING! Is gluten the cause of your health problems? It very well could be. Fortunately, Dr. O’Bryan has made it part of his personal mission to move this question into today’s conversations between patients and healthcare professionals. Asking it could, potentially, improve the lives of millions now instead of years from now, which is how long it often takes for groundbreaking research to make it to mainstream practice.
