Over the past eighteen months my life has changed because of Gluten Sensitivity.  Today I have put together a gluten free resources list & more.  The more in this list are the websites I use that are business, personal growth sites and yet for me they do provide insite for better health in my gluten free living.

 Gluten Free Resources List:

  1. Gluten Free Society -Gluten Free Society is your complete resources list on all things gluten!  Video tutorials, Interactive Forum, Gluten Intolerance Testing, Gluten Free TV, Recipes, and more…
  2. Dr. Tom O’Bryan – Dr. O’Bryan specializes in Gluten Sensitivity and Celiac Disease. This is a must read site  //
  3. Robb Wolf – leader in the Paleo Lifestyle, blogger, podcaster, author and all round awesome website if one is looking for info that will improve health, wellness and fitness. //
  4. Underground Wellness – Sean Croxton – Holistic Coach, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition.  Sean puts out tons of great interviews both by video and on his radio show.  The Paleo Summit and Real Food Summit are a couple of the programs he has put out that are invalable for health, wellness info.  //
  5. Dr. Randy Tent – on Dr. Tent’s YouTube channel he has provided some very interesting information on alternative health –
  6. Dr. Carolyn Dean – Dr. Dean has authored or coauthored over thirty books, including How To Change Your Life With Magnesium, Future Health Now! Encyclopaedia, Death by Modern Medicine: Seeking Safe Solutions, The Magnesium Miracle, The Yeast Connection and Women’s Health, IBS for DUMMIES, IBS Cookbook for DUMMIES andHormone Balance.   7. Mark’s Daily Apple – Mark Sisson – his tag line is “Living Primal in the Modern World” – there is some great FREE info on his site, each week he answers questions that just may help if you are not yet living a Primal Lifestyle.  //
  8. Natural News – The NaturalNews Network is a non-profit collection of public education websites covering topics that empower individuals to make positive changes in their health, environmental sensitivity, consumer choices and informed skepticism. Another must have resource.  //
  9. Dr. Mercola – has made significant milestones in his mission to bring people practical solutions to their health problems.  This site has some excellent interviews, articles on health, wellness. //
  10. Being Healthy is a Revolutionary Act, I believe it is time to create a personal revolution for our health, wellness and fitness.  When I found this site it was so exciting because it includes a Whos Who list of  blog resources.  //

The & More:

  1. Tim Ferris – I really enjoyed the 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferris.  His latest book The 4 Hour Chef – is about learning anything quickly
  2. Hay House Radio —  I first learned of Louise Hay through her book “You Can Heal Your Life” Louise Hay and if this book is not in your library it is one I highly recommend –  //
  3. Rich Dad World – Robert Kiyosaki – stay informed with Rich Dad through the website and his Rich Dad series of books.  //
  4. Millionarie Mind Intensive – a must attend seminar for anyone looking to change their money blueprint!  Awesome, Awesome and Awesome event.  Free Tickets to this event near you can be found at my link: 
  5. Ramit Sethi – I Will Teach You To Be Rich is a community focused on personal finance and entrepreneurship for college students, recent college grads, and everyone else.

So there you have it my gluten free resources & more list!  These are the websites and gluten free resources I go to on a regular basis and find them very useful in providing leading edge gluten free information.  Hope you find this list useful.  Do you have any other gluten free resources you would like to add to this list?  Please share them in the comment section.

    I’m glad those resources have helped you.

    Two more I would add for people who want to get their bodies back to optimum health and very possibly eliminate intolerance to gluten or anything,



    These are both friends of mine and I’ve seen miraculous things that most people would not believe with their patients.

    Dr. Samantha Joseph is a good choice if you cannot travel to Kansas. 🙂
