Gluten just might be the problem!
Have you ever thought that gluten just might be the problem for how you feel? I didn’t either prior to going gluten free! Over the last couple of days I have been talking about eliminating wheat, grains and gluten from your diet as an action strategy for better health and weight loss. Some people find this hard to believe and I can completely appreciate that because of how wheat, and grains are promoted today by government food pyramids, tv commercials.

However like Charles Poliquin wrote in Eliminate Grains From Your Diet To Lose Fat & Improve Your Health “the idea that everyone should eat grains is one of the biggest lies in mainstream nutrition.” He simply suggests “Don’t Believe It.”
When friends, family, clients or colleagues find out I don’t eat wheat, grain or gluten they mostly tell me “they could never go without bread or pasta”!. Now I thought the same thing prior to deciding that I would experiment, and in my way of thinking if there was a chance I might feel better, lose weight, have more energy I was willing to test it out and see if in fact I did feel better. I did! You see gluten was the problem for me.
So today I simply want to share some info on how damaging gluten can be for your health and share with you how gluten might just be the problem. I am gluten sensitive and have struggled with my health as well as my weight for years because of it. Learning that I was gluten sensitivet and eliminating it from my diet has been an awesome health benefit.

The video is 7 minutes long however if you feel like you can’t live without your pizza, pasta, bread you will definitely want to watch this video! He says that 99% of people who have a problem with gluten don’t even know!

Removing gluten from my diet has been life changing and I feel it is so important to provide the information on this topic.
