To make positive lasting change we must give up something to go forward! That will always be the case.
When it comes to wellness & weight loss there are a number of things we must give up to go forward. There is no other way around making those changes. Now there is a whole hierarchy of change however I am not going to go into that today.
The challenge for most is we know we must give up some things when we want to change however sometimes it feels so scary we hang on to comfort food, pain, struggle, lack of exercise to name a few.
So today I will share with you a video from a local Toronto colleague Ameer Rosic Rhn, Fdn of Optimize Your Life. In this video Ameer will share with you what you need to give up to move forward with a 10 lbs weight loss in 10 days.
He does a great job of explaining the foods to give up for your better health, wellness and weight loss. Many who read this will resist and not want to make the changes that are suggested. Many will fear it is way too hard.
What I know is if you are eating the foods Ameer is suggesting be stopped you are not feeling your best, and making these changes will help you go forward! It is that simple.
