So this year my plan is to go From Grief to Great in 2015! Renew is the Plan for the year! It has been quite a while since I have posted on this blog. Much has gone on in my life in 2015! Stress in its many forms has sidelined me from doing the work that I have enjoyed for the past few years.
Now as I sat with my mother as she was dying it came to me that 2015 would be my year to renew! Although there is still much to do for my mother in her passing, I will happily do it all, this is my time for renewal. Healing in mind, body and spirit.
So the title of this post from grief to great in 2015 is the start of my own peronsal renewal. My goals for 2015 are to continue to improve my level of health in all areas of my life. Remember the 6 Pillars of Wellness , Thinking, Hydration, Breathing, Nutrition, Movement, Sleep.
It is my plan to renew at all levels. To take what I have accomplished over the past 3 years since I made the commitment to eliminate wheat, grains and gluten from my lifestyle. This one simple decision has made the world of difference to how I feel, think and live on a daily basis. Now I want to move mountains this year in how I feel, my fitness levels. how my business impacts the world to where I may end up travelling to and the adventures that are in front of me!
Now my from grief to great in 2015 plan begins with me getting back to focus on my fitness first. Why? Because this is something that I can begin to take action on right away.
Getting positive results is about taking action right? With that action I will write and report on my results and share with you what I am doing. I will also get back to my guided meditation with Kelly Howell – The Secret Universal Mind Meditation” The Secret Universal Mind Meditation which I have found really beneficial and enjoyable. For me doing a guided meditation was the easiest way for me to succeed at doing it each day.
