Today I have put together a video with a Health and Fitness planning strategy. Over the past couple of weeks I have covered a number of topics about change for your health and wellness.  Today I have put together a video with a Health and Fitness planning strategy.

In this strategy we talk about what you have achieved in your health and fitness goals so far that you feel good about.  This is important because we don’t really celebrate our WINS.  It is important to also feel what it is you have achieved.

Next you will look at 3 things you want to accomplish in the next 90 days.  Then you must take time to recognize how you will know you achieved those desired goals.  Finally create your step by step guide for the next 3 months.

I have used this Health and Fitness Planning system with many clients and for myself with great results.  Being clear on your successes, how those successes made you feel and your desired goals for a specific time frame, written down with start/end dates will move to forward to the results you are looking for.

Healthy Tips to Incorporate in Your Daily Life

We have covered a lot of material today in an attempt to provide a health and fitness planning strategy that will lead to being more successful. Below we have included a list of the main things you want to incorporate into your life on a daily basis.

✓     Exercising for at least 20 minutes

✓     Eating a well balanced diet

✓     Express your feelings by writing the down

✓     Get into the habit of making time for “ME”

✓     Start surrounding yourself with positive, happy people

✓     Getting rid of negative thoughts

✓     Work on sleeping between 6 to 8 hours a night

In addition to the above tips you can also incorporate positive affirmations into your health and fitness planning. These can help in many different ways including improving your mindset, helping you stay on track with your exercise and eating and for just feeling better about yourself in general.

If you are not training/exercising in a group or with a Personal Trainer I have an excellent resource for you here.  Turbulence Training is an excellent way to train in your home/office without any equipment and very little space is required.  This link will introduce you to TT training, and provide exercises, how to do them and a plan for 3 training sessions a week.
