I learned the Principle Ideas Of Living A Life With Messes many years ago I went to a conference and one of the topics was Life with Messes! It was a very powerful session as I have come back to this idea for my own life on a regular basis to check in and see how I am doing. I have certain messes that need my attention this session is my reference point and today I will share the principle ideas of Living A Life with Messes here today.
The timing is great for this strategy as we come to the end of February. Spring is in the air! This is a great time to check in with you and see what’s going on.
One of the very first principle ideas of living a life with messes is this: Each mess is a “lock on the gate to keep abundance out”! Abundance is everywhere and by having messes we aren’t letting abundance in. A messy desk, car, house, fridge…. keep abundance out. Time to fix it. From personal experience I feel this is very true. I find when my life has messes I seem to live in overwhelm. Sometimes almost paralyzed by the mess. And when I live in the space for me if I find my energy is what is affected most . Once I begin to clear up the messes miraculously energy feels better.
You see the basic principle ideas of living a Life with messes is like struggling upstream against a very strong current. Almost impossible to succeed! Clean up your messes to live in an abundance in any area of life and in this case of health, wellness and fitness.
So as we come into a new month consider the basic principle ideas of living a life with messes by asking yourself and answer the following questions:
- What important life lesson did I learn this month about 1 area of my health, wellness and fitness
- What messes have I cleaned up this month?
- What goals have you achieved this month?
- By cleaning up 1 mess how have you seen abundance find you?

For me I find by clearing a mess or challenge my energy is vibrant, my goals become clearer and life becomes more open as well as exciting. I find I have better digestion, sleep better and my sprinting is especially rewarding. How about you? Would be great to hear from you below.
