    I saw a book at Costco that really looked intriguing, so I bought it. It’s called GRAIN BRAIN, by David Perlmutter, MD. Just skimming over it, the book seems to be saying what you are in your post; essentially that grains can add to or cause the inflammation in a person’s body and bring on certain diseases. I’ve never heard of this before! When I saw your blog I was glad to read your informative and challenging post. Thank you for the information! Maybe I’ll take your 21-day challenge after I learn more about gluten.

      Glad to hear you are reading Dr. Perlmutters’s book Grain Brain. Grains today are a real health issue beyond Celiac Disease or Gluten Sensitivity!     Once I am no longer pregnant I may try this as I suffer from bloating plus it may help with any new baby allergies….after 6 weeks of my 1st son, we found he was lactose intolerant so I had to give up dairy myself, I would of saved 6 weeks of hell screaming and pain if I did it from the start!
