We don’t go away and come back to a huge debt and the stress of now having to pay it back. This is what happens when we don’t plan for our healthy future. Our poor health is the debt and stress we carry for not saving a little bit each month.

Each of these areas is so important for mind, body, mental and emotional health because of the balance required to live in this world. In this world of fast-paced living and stress, the 6 areas of health seem to be throwaways concepts today.
Struggle and stress seem to burden one’s thinking and this creates an unbalance.
Thoughts are true things, they are energy and what we think about is what we get in our life. As I continue to study holistic wellness I am beginning to realize how much of the puzzle comes down to thinking! This is why it is the first pillar. Most of our thinking comes from the unconscious mind and this means mostly we don’t even realize what we think. How much are you investing in this area of health and wellness for not only today but for your future? I will share from my own life that this area has been a challenge for me. I have allowed stress, overwhelm to get in the way of a better way of thinking. Seeing this in my own life and making the changes to include meditation each day has been a wonderful addition to my health, wellness, and fitness sub savings account! My mind is calmer, my thinking is clearer and because of that is why I highly recommend taking some time each day for quite a reflection and focus on yourself to bring thinking into balance.
