Exercise is just plain great for us to do. So why aren’t we? Frankly I just don’t know.
Today I rec’d an email with the idea of thinking about exercise as a privilege rather than a must.
The idea of re framing our thoughts on exercise. This struck quite a cord with me. Living most of my adult life with some kind of health challenge from the results of a couple of car accidents I really get that idea.
I have struggled with pain, low energy, and all kinds of other effects of injury and that has given me that drive to exercise most days of the week. Lifting weights is my most favorite because it makes me feel strong, alive and able to conquer any challenge that is put in front of me.
I have said it before and feel it is worth repeating today. When I work with clients my main focus is teaching them that the exercise done today is for a lifetime of wellness.
Even with my young kids. Being strong, able to take care of yourself for all of your life, being able to walk, get in & out of bed, get off the toilet, put on your own clothes, cook your own meals all start with diet and exercise.
How do you feel about exercise? Do you see the benefit to Re Frame your thoughts of exercise as a privilege? It can be done quite simply. Start planning based where you are right now. Figure out WHY exercise is a must for your plan.
Not sure how to get started. Because you’re busier than ever these days, you simply don’t have the TIME to be wasting 30-45 minutes, five times a week, on cardio workouts. Rather, you need short, effective workouts that quickly deliver fat loss results.
Begin! Use this fat loss for women program to answer the question to Exercise or Not! Now is the time to RE FRAME your mindset. Exercise is a privilege.
We hope we have given you some reasons to say yes to the question – to exercise or not?
