Re: Creating Health While Living Gluten Free

Hi,

If you are wanting to learn how life can be way more enjoyable living gluten free you will want to read on.  Today the experts don’t really know for sure how many individuals are living with gluten sensitivity, gluten intolerance, gluten allergies or celiac disease.  However it is estiminated that 1 in 100 have celiac disease – yet most don’t know it.  It is estimated that roughly 50 percent and up to 70 percent are gluten sensitive and don’t know it.  Causing a great deal of illness, poor quality life and frustration.

So who I am? My name is Wendy Bottrell.  In the past couple of years I have realized I am gluten sensitive and life has been quite a challenge making the change to a wheat free, grain free and gluten free lifestyle.  Partially the challenge comes because there is so much to learn and not so much support.  What I do know it has been the best thing I have done for my health ever!  This is the most important message I can share with you today.

Here is why:

  • Since I have gone gluten free my energy levels have been amazing.  I have been able to do things I haven’t done in years.
  • Since I have been gluten free I have been able to think more clearly, my memory is way better
  • Since I have been gluten free I have reduced my weight by 25 lbs without even thinking about it or working at it
  • Since I have been gluten free my unsatiable hunger is no longer

So what, why is this important for you?

It is important because I have gone through the process of change and can share that with you from the standpoint of complete understanding.  The product that I am creating will provide not only the necessary content to help you move through the areas of change, I will understand and support that change at a very deep level.  Allowing you the time to adjust before moving on to the next area, allowing you success at each step of the way.

Now it is your turn!  What are your unaswered health questions?  What is it you really want to know so you can move forward in creating health while living gluten free?

Don’t worry if you feel your questions are silly I will completely understand, and there is never a silly question!

    Hi Wendy

Great idea to create this page. As you know I’m NOT gluten-challenged, so can’t really ask an appropriate question – but I’ll post it on my FB page and hope you get some “takers”.

I can’t think of any questions right now….but I enjoy reading your posts and do share them. Having a healthy lifestyle is the best things we can do for ourselves. Why be a prisoner in our own bodies, feeling plain when we can be healthy and feel alive?!
Thanks for providing such great info.
