Why am I sharing this information here today?  In many cases making a few small changes can make a huge difference to how you feel. And how much excess weight you have and how much energy you have each day.

Gluten Free For A Healthier You

In my own experience  learning that wheat, grains & gluten were  in no way  beneficial foods for me,  has dramatically changed how I feel.   Last year I did an experiment that originally was going to be for 90 days.  I stopped eating wheat, grains and gluten.  I wanted to see and feel for myself if there would be dramatic changes to how I felt.  You see when it comes to the foods we eat and how those foods make us feel sometimes we need to try different strategies.  By experimenting with certain foods we over consume this is how to make those changes.  By figuring out if wheat, grains, sugar, dairy  and/or gluten are affecting how you feel you can then make the necessary changes to feel the way you were meant to feel.

    Wendy,
It is so shocking what packaged foods and fast foods can do to your body. I’m not yet at the point I want to give up wheat, but I have eliminated fast food, soda and as much processed food as possible. Once I made the change, I dropped weight fairly quickly (continued my regular exercise) and can’t really remember the last time I got sick.
I agree with you – we over eat and eat the wrong foods!
Thank you for sharing because it all starts with education!

Hey thanks for connecting Jodene! If you watch this video you will hear the damage that the GMO Wheat & Corn are doing! I can totally appreciate not being at the point to give up wheat. It took me some time to wrap my head around it and so glad I finally took the leap. Awesome the changes you have made and excellent you have seen some positive results. Let me know if I can help. Amen! 🙂
This information is so crucial! Thanks for posting! I’m on my way to cut out some wheat from my diet too. I’m in exelent health so that is not the reason, but I do think we all consume to much carbohydrates in general and that in time it might show.

Sad thing in Sweden is that people really do think the can get enough nutrition from food. Not possible any more!

Keep up the good work Wendy! 🙂

Not just in Sweden Stella do people think they can get enough nutrition from food! Might be why there is a health problem epidemic! After cigarette smoking, inflammation is really the main health challenge. Removing those foods that cause inflammation is one way to reduce it in the body. Thanks for dropping by and connecting. And the smile! 🙂
