We’ve been discussing the Wellness Resolution series of ideas on creating our best life,  that will allow you to succeed in your wellness and weight loss goals in 2013 that they truly desire!  It is our hope for you that you create your wellness resolution for a healthy New Year! We are already 7 days into the New Year.  How was your weekend?  Did you “cheat”?

Firstly let’s be clear.  You and I don’t cheat!

We make choices that are not in our best interest and then justify by saying I cheated!  It is time to create a plan where you won’t have to cheat and more vitally important you won’t want to cheat because you have designed your best wellness resolution!

When I began this test on myself a year ago my history was I was always hungry.  I would eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and yet I was hungry.  I mean spinning out of control hungry.  When I decided last year that I was going to remove all Gluten, Wheat, Grains from my daily eating I wasn’t sure how it would work out.

You see many people thought and still think it is crazy how I eat.  No bread, pasta, rice, grains of any kind, very few white potatoes.  Yet by eating this way I have never felt better.

I created a wellness resolution plan and have followed it.

My weight is down 25 lbs. My energy and vitality are excellent.  I am not in extreme pain each morning so getting out of bed was a challenge.

The decision to change, my WHY, being Clear and taking action, winning each day are the reason I feel so great.  I felt it might be very hard to change my eating like I have however it has been the exact opposite.  When I eat I feel great.  I am rarely hungry between meals.  I can go for hours without even thinking of food.  Total opposite to how I lived for years.
